Before you get in touch
What happens after I get in touch?
We ring you back to ask a few questions about the wall and agree a time to visit. After the visit you get a written price. There is no charge for any of that and no pressure to go ahead.
Do I need to be home for the site visit?
It helps, especially if we need to get through the house to see the back. If the walls can all be reached from outside, we can look while you are out and ring you afterwards.
Can I send photos first?
Yes, and it often speeds things up. Tell us in the form and we will give you a number to send them to. A photo of each wall from a few steps back, plus a close-up of any damage, is ideal.
How soon can you start?
It varies with the season and with how long the scaffold licence takes on your street. We give you a realistic start date on the quote.
